Top pick: #2 (PIN TURN) - She's coupled in the wagering with "Funzionare" and in all likely-hood only one will go. English-bred filly has run well in all three starts this year after being on the sidelines for a half-year and is the horse to beat this afternoon as she cuts-back in distance.
2nd pick: #3 (Paisanita) - She finished a rallying fourth last out at Penn National at this 5-furlong trip and that was the best overall effort of her career. Has the rail and is a late threat after saving ground early.
3rd pick: #8 (Taboo ) - Filly finished second last out at this level and distance in her first off a trainer change to Steve Klesaris. She'll be putting back-to-back starts together for the first time and is a serious player in this maiden contest.
4th pick: #5 (Brazilian Bliss) - Speedy daughter of "Siphon" had some traffic woe last out in her first ever on the grass and that effort should just be "tossed." Previous race saw her show big speed on the dirt and that makes her a bit dangerous today.
