Broke from a tough outside post, chasing the pace while hung out wide all the way. She was equipped with blinkers for the 1st time as well. Draws better post today, and further improvement expected in 2nd start over the track against a very weak field. The Greyofthegoose should improve cutting back to a sprint in 2nd start for Reese. Only 1 part of entry will run.

(# 3) Tawney Porter - Improved effort last out in 2nd career start and 1st start with blinkers added. Made up 4 lengths in the stretch. Today's added distance can only help. Expect lower odds than the 103-1 in last.

(# 4) Night Kisses - Held very well for 2nd with a much improved effort Dec 11 adding lasix for the 1st time. Figures to be on the lead in this spot.

(# 6) Miz Kaylene - Another who showed big improvement in last off the trainer change and dropping down to this level for the 1st time. Bore out late, making me a bit suspect that the added distance will hinder rather than help.
