Top pick: #2 (Talented Princess) - Loves the grass (28-6-3-3) and she is the most consistent and the most talented runner in this field. Inside draw is a big plus as is jockey Elvis Trujillo coming here from Monmouth on a "day off" to take the mount. The ony question is the 1 1/2 mile distance. I believe that won't be a problem.
2nd pick: #6 (Billie B Quick) - Stretch-running mare will love the 12-furlong distance as she has the ability to run from sun-up to sun-down. She's won here before and comes into this in-shape. Serious looking challenger.
3rd pick: #10 (Devonesque) - She'll be moving back to the turf for the first time since last fall at the Meadowlands. Never tires, so this 12-furlong event should allow her to show whatever she has at a nice price.
