Top pick: #9 (ALLON) - Dropped down to this level for the first time on March 29 he finished a rallying fourth after breaking slowly. Last out just 10 days ago he broke cleanly, stalked, and made a strong bid to finish second. A repeat of that effort makes him tough.
2nd pick: #5 (R Bee Ess) - Scratched last Monday when he drew the rail gelding came back this past Sat. with another nice workout. Lightly raced runner makes his first start on the east coast and that means he's trying real dirt for the fitst time. He could win this easily if he takes to the new surface.
3rd pick: #6 (Ridin Hard) - Prior to a poor effort at this level 10 days ago this gelding had put together a string of fine efforts at this level. His finish last out left him 8 lengths off of our top selection so he'll need to step it up today.
