Top pick: #8 (THE MAN UPTOWN) (2-1) - He had some promise earlier in his career and was good enough in August of 2011 to go (2-1-1-0) in a pair of starts at Saratoga for trainer Chad Brown. He obviously has some physical issues, but has gone (4-1-1-1) since returning from a 16-month layoff on Jan. 20. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #7 (Gowden Mile) (5-1) - Veteran has won a dozen races in his long career and was an easy winner here at this tag facing a bit weaker on March 21st. Race was his second off a Jim Tracy claim and first ever on this surface.
3rd pick: #3 (Boot the Boss) (6-1) - Speedy sort set a pressured pace and held to finish second here at this level and distamce on March 6th in is first since Jan. 12. 7-year-old loves this surface (10-5-1-1) and is a win threat on the front-end.
4th pick: #1 (Menifee Six) (6-1) - Longshot has the rail and could get a small slice, but last out when running third here he was 9 lengths back of "Uptown."
