2nd pick: #8 (Beer Goggles) (4-1) - Speed/stalker has finished second in three of four starts here at this tag since coming from Florida and a 4 1/2 month layoff. Daughter of "Milwaukee Brew" should be involved from gate-to-wire.
3rd pick: #2 (Park N Broadway) (12-1) - Longshot is lightly raced and has been freshened up since a "troubled" start at Monmouth on Aug. 1. Jersey bred had a huge half-mile bullet gate breeze here Oct. 7 that suggests she may be ready for a competitive effort at a big price.
4th pick: #6 (Riverness) (5-1) - She rallied to finish second here at this tag going 7-furlongs Aug. 31, but tired while going a mile in her latest. Capable barn (Penny Pearce) cuts her back in distance, and filly may grab a share from close range.
5th pick: #11 (Virtual Reality) (10-1) - The field's most experienced maiden comes off a pair of competitive efforts here at this tag, but earned rather weak "figures" in each. A small slice at a square price would appear to be his ceiling.
