Top pick: #1 (AMULAY) (2-1) - Filly enters in career best shape and was an easy winner in her local debut on Sept. 15. She's won three of seven since relocating from the west coast this past March and speed/stalker breaks from the ground-saving rail. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #3 (Primo Via) (3-1) - Mare has an outstanding year going 14-5-6-1 will all of those being local. Speed/stalker finished second last out in an $85K stakes for fellow Pa.-breds Oct. 11. She fits nicely and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Majestic Marquet) (7-2) - No-speed type ran second last out at Delaware Park racing at this level on Sept. 10. Lightly-raced this year 4-0-1-1 and her best figures are well below both "Amulay" and "Primo Via." Her biggest asset is trainer Rudy Rodriguez as the New York-based conditioner has gone 34-12-7-2 this year at Philly Park.
4th pick: #4 (Luna Time) (6-1) - Lightly-raced filly gives away a lot of experience to the top three selections. No-speed type has talent, but will need a fast and/or contested pace for anything more than a minor award.
