Top pick: #2 (ELEGANT HEART) (2-1) - Speedy filly has the best overall form of those that have started and she draws the rail for her first since July 22nd. Daughter of "Lion Heart" has been competitive against better fields than this and can get her maiden win if reday off the seven week break.
2nd pick: #8 (Brianna's Song) (3-1) - Lightly-raced filly enters off a career best when she finished second here at this tag going 5 furlongs on Aug. 24. Speed/stalker should be involved from start-to-finish this afternoon.
3rd pick: #3 (Alittle Bit Oluck) (10-1) - Longshot broke slowly from the rail in her debut and tired after rushing up to show some early interest. Trainer Ron Dandy brings her back quickly, drops her down, and Stu Elliott is back aboard. Barn has won with four of its last 13 maidens when making their second start.
4th pick: #4 (Congressionalbust) (12-1) - Professional maiden always races evenly and last out she was 2 1/2 back of "Brianna" in a decent effort. Price play could grab another minor award with a repeat of it.
