Top pick: #7 (SUNSHINE SANDRA) (9-5) - Lightly-raced filly rallied to just miss racing at this level going 6.5 furlongs on Sept. 22. Claimed that day by Phil Aristone, he's freshened her up since and had her work a sharp 5-furlongs eight days ago. New barn wins at a 25% rate first off the claim and this daughter of "Real Quiet" is the horse to beat.
nd pick: #11 (Shoptillclosing) (6-1) - Speedy filly ships from Belmont and will be racing third off an 11 month layoff, and will be running for a new trainer (Patty Farro 18% with new arrivals). The last time this filly raced for this $10K tag, she missed by a nose at Monmouth park on June 22nd of 2012.
rd pick: #8 (Alittle Bit Oluck) (7-2) - She finshed a strong second when racing at this level on Sept. 29, then tired last out after chasing the pace. In a capable barn (Ron Dandy), and she has a shot with her best.
th pick: #3 (Too Hollywood) (12-1) - Jersey-bred makes her first Philly appearance and she brings some early speed to the party. She finished second two back in a very slowly run contest and needs to do better this afternoon.
th pick: #9 (Fasterlizfaster) (12-1) - Longshot raced close up while wide and tired to check in fourth, a length better than "Quick" on Oct. 20. Can see her getting a share at a big price.
