2nd pick: #8 (Saratoga Sundae) (3-1) - Speedy filly is cutting back a furlong after finishing a pace-setting third at this claiming price going 7-furlongs Feb. 21. Pa. bred is from a good barn and should be involved from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #9 (Isle of Palma) (8-1) - Lightly-raced filly is one of two entered by trainer Phil Aristone and the pair race uncoupled. She was bet down to favoritism here facing tougher on Jan. 31, but was never involved after making a left turn out of the gate. She's dropping a bit and is making back-to-back starts for the first time.
4th pick: #11 (Shu Shu Baby) (5-1) - Mare has a bit of speed but has lost ground during the stretch run in all three appearances. Improving a bit and is capable of impacting with another move forward.
5th pick: #12 (Papous Mia Bella) (10-1) - The second of the Aristone fillies, she tired badly in her local debut to finish 8-lengths back of "Sundae." Unless she improves significantly, a small slice would appear to be her ceiling.
