Top pick: #5 (ALLRIGHTSRESERVED) - Grey son of "Awesome Again" was claimed last November at Churchill Downs by trainer Juan Guerrero and has been on the sidelines since. Working very fast for his return and he's beautifully spotted this afternoon. Guerrero wins at a 57% rate first off a claim, at a 43% clip off of long layoffs, and when riding leading jockey Carmouche it's 48%. The top pick.
2nd pick: #7 (Bear's Rocket) - Has some back class but hasn't won since 2008 when he was a highly thought of 2-year-old. He ships up from Gulfstream for trainer Graham Motion and will drop a bit in price and go turf to dirt. He finished a solid second on this surface last Sept., so you know that he'll handle the main-track here. Looks second best.
