Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #2 (ICE BLUE VISION) (6-1) - Price play comes off a pair ob back-to-back sharp efforts. The latest came here at this claiming price going 5.5 furlongs a week ago. Breaking from the 12-post, she ran wide, and stayed on strongly to finish a close up 3rd. Owner/trainer Eberd Estrada brings her back quickly, and 3yo filly moves to he rail. Can take this at a square price.
nd pick: #9 (Galley Beach) (2-1) - Lightly raced 4yo has been freshened up since April 16. She finished a pace-setting 2nd that day for a $15k tag and was claimed by trainer Mario Serey, Jr. On the sidelines for the past three months, Serey brings her back a bit under the purchase price. He's having a career year, and this daughter of'Awesome Again' is a strong win threat.
rd pick: #10 (Girls and Guns) (7-2) - Even paced type has been competitive in five of her last six and is racing third back from a 7.5-month layoff. Capable of getting a share, but needs to do better.
th pick: #4 (Puchulunga) (8-1) - She's broken slowly in both starts and has tired in each after rushing up. Freshened up since May 31, her last pair of works are solid, and she's a factor with an alert beginning.
th pick: #8 (Spartan's Beauty. ) (9-2) - She tired last out after being involved in a pace-duel here at this level on a muddy surface June 28. Fits with her best, and her early speed is a plus.
