Top pick: #6 (SHOPTILLCLOSING) (3-1) - She rated, bid, reached the top, then was out-finished while coming in a clear second here racing at this tag & trip on Nov. 10th. It was her best since coming off an 11-month layoff in early Sept., and can take this with just a slight move forward.
2nd pick: #1 (Harlan's Trick) (2-1) - So. California shipper has faced tougher her entire career, and will be dropping to a new low in price for her new trainer (Lou Linder, Jr.). Barn does well with west coast invaders, and this filly is an obvious win candidate, and I almost made her the top choice. View her as the equal of that rival.
3rd pick: #9 (Alittle Bit Ofluck) (6-1) - Lightly raced filly moves from the rail to an outside post for this attempt. Sent hard last out from the rail, she tired once they turned for home. Can factor at a square price in this spot.
4th pick: #4 (Early Ejection) (12-1) - Well-bred filly chased and tired last out, but had finished a surprising second in her previous start. This is start #18, so a small slice at a big price would appear to be her ceiling.
