Top pick: #4 (TERRAPHIC WARRIOR) (2-1) - Improving gelding has finished second in both starts since dropping down to this $10K tag and last out ran a career best "figure" when beaten a length on March 5th. He's cutting back in distance, but two back he rallied to just miss at this 5.5 furlong trip.
2nd pick: #7 (Possession Arrow) (5-2) - The main danger, he also comes off a career best when he finished second here on March 19th. Speed/stalker is well-bred, in shape, and will be tough if "Warrior" is sub-par.
3rd pick: #2 (Alluring Devil) (7-2) - Much improved in his latest, he set a pressured pace and held gamely to finish 3rd, only a nose back of "Warrior." Lightly raced, he's worked above average for this and should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #8 (Quality Cat) (10-1) - Longshot chased and tired in the same March 19th contest as "Arrow," but it was his best yet and will be running third back off a 3 1/2 month layoff. Well-bred gelding draws outside of the speed and may impact at a big price.
