His record on conventional dirt is 10-2-2-3 and runs first off a Ramon Preciado claim (24%). This 4-year-old worked a bullet five furlongs here Sept. 14 and looks all set for a big effort.
2nd pick: #6 (Economic Data) (5-1) - He has more early speed than most and is working very fast for his first start since July 31. Well bred and he should be involved every step if ready.
3rd pick: #11 (Vinceremos) (5-1) - Stakes winner has been competitive in one of two since coming off almost a year's layoff Aug 13. He has plenty of back class and many races in his past that make him a win candidate if repeatable.
4th pick: #9 (Apple Orchard) (12-1) - One-run type enters in shape and last out finished second here, a 'neck' in front of 'Economic Data.' His lack of early speed is a concern and he'll need some pace help for anything more than a minor award.
