The leading trainer here (Ramon Preciado) moves her way up in class for this attempt. Five-year-old by 'Stonesider' has won four in a row facing cheaper, but has the highest last out figure of any entered. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #5 (Mineralistic) (8-1) - Three-year-old began her career in early June at Delaware Park and has gone 5-1-4-0 sprinting on the dirt. Filly just missed at Penn National racing at this level and distance Nov 11 and is brought back quickly by trainer Bill Morey.
3rd pick: #3 (Sunshine Heart) (15-1) - Grey filly has plenty of early speed and is breaking just off the inside. Both career wins have come on the turf, but she's been competitive on the dirt several times in the past. A 'live' long shot.
4th pick: #7 (Bella Lou) (12-1) - Stalker missed by less than a length racing here at this level and trip Oct 13. In her follow up start Oct 27, three-year-old ran both wide and evenly while not factoring. Can grab a share with her best.
5th pick: #4 (Zensational Mary) (9-2) - Lightly-raced and well bred, she's moving from turf to dirt and is back in with fellow Pa. breds. In shape, but to this point she has enjoyed her only success on the grass. Can impact if she can transfer her recent form to the main track.
