Top pick: #6 (MISS HOLICONG) (3-1) - Filly was very sharp here during the latter part of 2014. Daughter of 'First Samurai' went 4-2-2-0 sprinting on the local dirt. However, she was unsuccessful this past winter at Gulfstream in three starts and has been freshened up since March 14. Working fast locally and she can take this with her best.
2nd pick: #1 (Everything Lovely) (7-2) - Lightly raced and speedy, she set a pressured pace and tired to finish third here at this level going 5.5-furlongs April 11. It was her first since late Dec. and ran her record to 5-1-2-2. Stakes placed filly has the rail and should be involved from gate-to-wire.
3rd pick: #3 (Pinkout) (6-1) - Recent maiden winner did so here by 8 1/2 lengths at this distance on a muddy track April 20. Much improved since coming off almost an 8-month layoff Feb. 21st, and strong finisher should get a fast and/or contested pace to rally into.
4th pick: #7 (Rosa Carina) (12-1) - Longshot ran evenly in her debut Oct. 29th, but has gone 3-2-1-0 since then. Filly moves up in class after a sharp win here for a $25K tag April 12. Fits on 'figures,' has a good post, and enters off a career best.
