Top pick: #4 (WINNING DIAMOND) (3-1) - Speedy grey colt ships in from Pimlico where he just failed to hold on at this distance on the grass racing for a $25K tag. Much improved lately, trainer John Servis has him well spotted in this starter-allowance.
2nd pick: #5 (Myth Master) (4-1) - Freshened up since April 13, gelding tired that day to finish third here on the dirt. Fast from the gate, he's yet to win on the grass, but was competitive in two of his last three on it.
3rd pick: #1 (Baby Cat) (6-1) - Veteran enters in fine form and has gone 4-1-2-1 on the dirt since returning from a 7-week freshening in late March. He has a great post and is a win threat at a square price.
4th pick: #6 (Charlie Murray) (12-1) - Longshot was a winner here on the dirt Feb. 1st, but has yet to repeat that fine effort in a trio of subsequent starts. He's won on the grass in the past and was competitive last August the last time he set foot on the turf.
