Top pick: #11 (TATAO'S WILDCAT) - New York shipper from the barn of Rick Dutrow is in shape and is perfectly spotted in this starter-allowance. Gelding finished second at Aqueduct just 4 days ago racing for $25K and Dutrow is deadly on this turnaround (32%). Stalker draws a great post at this trip and he's the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #10 (Doasisay Notasisay) - Recent maiden winner is improving and won easily last out despite some adversity. Stalker tries winners for the first time, he's lightly raced, capable of more improvement, and should be a big price.
3rd pick: #5 (Southern Star) - Recent maiden winner has fine early speed, is lightly raced, in a good barn (Ron Werner), and has room for upside. Don't ignore at a nice price.
4th pick: #7 (Beacon Hall) - Colt by "Yes It's True" showed some talent last fall in a series of three starts at Woodbine and trainer Scott Fairlie has had him on the sidelines for 4 1/2 months. Has a fine recent drill for his first ever on conventional dirt and can factor if ready.
