2nd pick: #10 (Abets Abet) (9-2) - Cal bred has been competitive in all three local starts since coming here from the West Coast during June. Speed/stalker ran here just three days ago and is a strong factor if she competes.
3rd pick: #2 (Daring Prospect) (10-1) - Lightly raced and well bred, 3yo ships from Monmouth where she raced evenly in a dirt sprint Aug. 21st. She won her debut at Churchill June 4 and will be trying a two-turn distance for the first time. Dangerous at a square price.
4th pick: #8 (Ponytail) (5-1) - She showed some promise as a 2yo during the last part of 2015. Away from action for 5.5 months, she's raced evenly in her three return starts on the grass and switches to the dirt for this attempt.
5th pick: #5 (Flatter Me Zanja) (4-1) - Very consistent facing weaker, stalker enters in very good form. She's gone 8-3-2-1 this year and is 3-1-2-0 since coming from Tampa Bay Downs in early May.
