Top pick: #2 (HUNTER'S SCORE) - Freshened up for the past two months by trainer Juan Guerrero this gelding is working fast for his return and will be seeking his third win in a row after a pair of easy victories to close-out 2010. Four-year-old is much improved since a claim in early Sept. and if he returns in the same form today he'll pick up another win.
2nd pick: #6 (The Mad Artist) - Price-play is racing back into shape following a layoff and finished a close-up fourth here at this price and distance two weeks ago. Appears to be nearing his best and this six-year-old gelding can contend today at a nice price.
3rd pick: #7 (Race Caller Luke) - Strong closer rallied to finish second here Jan. 17 and that followed an easy win at 7 furlongs one month earlier. Improving but he was beaten 4 1/2 lengths by "Hunter's Score" in early December. Stretch threat.
