Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #6 (GRAND YOLO) (3-1) - Speed/stalker is racing first off a Keith Lebarron claim and is moving up in class. Well bred filly has not finished worst than fourth in seven career starts and has run second in three of those at this level. Daughter of 'Mineshaft' gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #4 (Fast Moon) (9-5) - The probable favorite, she's finished second in two of three local starts since shipping north from Florida last spring. Fast from the gate, filly by 'Malibu Moon' is an obvious win candidate at a short price.
3rd pick: #3 (Lady Forest) (10-1) - Price play just missed when debuting here almost a year ago. She has yet to repeat that fine effort in two subsequent appearances and runs today off almost an eight-month layoff. Can impact at a big price if ready.
4th pick: #5 (Magnetic Girl) (6-1) - She tired when debuting here on the grass at this level Sept 19. A very sharp barn (Marc Zulueta) switches her to the dirt and has her sprinting. Trainer is having an outstanding year (64-for-203, 32%) and this 3-year-old must be left in the mix.
