Top pick: #7 (BOSSY BREEN) (5-2) - Speed/stalker comes into this off a fourth-place finish here at this tag on Sept. 8. Positive effort came in her second off a Mike Moore claim and mare had a bullet 3-furlong breeze three days ago.
nd pick: #10 (Our Republic) (8-1) - Win candidate, lightly-raced filly by "Tapit" cost $220K and moves to the grass after running 2nd here at this tag on the main-track on Aug. 10.
rd pick: #2 (Classy Broad) (3-1) - Daughter of "Tiznow" showed nothing at Laurel on the Laurel dirt when facing tougher on Sept. 28. Race was her first since Aug. 4 and barn drops her down and moves her to the grass.
th pick: #8 (Moon Ridge) (6-1) - No-speed type has been sharp in both previous grass starts and grey filly fits on figures. She would benefit greatly if the pace was fast/and or contested.
th pick: #5 (Sibbys Girl) (5-1) - Lightly-raced filly stretches out in distance and moves to the grass, both for the first time. Bred for the turf and a sharp small barn (Jamie Woodington) adds blinkers.
