The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #1 (Diez Dancer) (4-1) - Another with two wins in a row, this stalker won at this level and distance Oct 26. It earned her a career best figure and she still has room for more upside.
3rd pick: #6 (Distinct Diva) (6-1) - Stretch out sprinter is also moving up in class. Very fast from the gate, filly was a gate-to-wire winner here going 5.5-furlongs for a $7,500 tag Oct 26. It was her first local start and came off a pair of layoffs. Her early speed makes her a threat at a square price.
4th pick: #7 (Westonia) (5-1) - Filly has a fine overall record on the dirt 16-4-5-3. The level and distance are fine and she's run well here in the past 6-2-1-1. Four-year-old is in a good barn (Mike Trombetta) and filly can't be eliminated.
