Top pick: #5 (SABA'S BOY) (4-1) - He's been much improved since being claimed by Patty Farro in early January, and enters off a career best on May 12. He rallied from far back that day to miss by a "head" racing at this level, and the added furlong he travels today is a big plus.
2nd pick: #4 (War Won) (5-1) - Speed/stalker held gamely to finish fourth, only a length back of "Saba" on May 12. He set a quick & pressured pace, and is racing third back from a 2 1/2 month break. Must be left in the mix.
3rd pick: #2 (Bright Skies) (7-2) - Speedy sort has gone 3-0-1-2 at this level since coming off 70 day break in early Feb. Working fast for this attempt, and he'll take them as far as he can.
4th pick: #7 (Bestbandever) (9-2) - Another that's coming off a career best, stalker was only a "head" back of "Saba" on May 12. He has a nice outside post and gets a rider upgrade to Kendrick Carmouche.
