Top pick: #6 (MAJOR HIGHWAY) (2-1) - Grey gelding has finished second in all three starts here since returnig from almost a four month break in late April. There's lots of speed to his inside to track and 4-year-old draws a nice outside post in this small field. Pa.-bred goes first off a Phil Aristone claim (a 31% winning angle) and that adds to the positives.

2nd pick: #3 (Show Ya Luv) (3-1) - He was a winner at Pimlico on June 1st when racing for a $25K tag to clear the 2l condition nd was claimed that day by Keith Lebarron. 3-year-old raced evenly in an entry-level allowance at Penn National on July 3rd in his first for the new barn and drops down to an easier spot this afternoon.

3rd pick: #1 (Crazy Cousin John) (4-1) - The main-speed, he tired after chasing fast fractions facing tougher here on July 5th in his first start since March 17th. Has the rail, drops down, and Carmouche is aboard for the first time.

4th pick: #4 (J C's Dream) (9-2) - Un-raced since Oct. 14, he has enough talent to contend, but gives away a big recency edge to all. A minor award would appear to be his ceiling.
