2nd pick: #2 (Bases Loaded) (3-1) - Home bred ships in from Penn National for his second start. Colt set a fast pace when debuting there at this level Jan. 17. He tired to finish third of nine, beaten 7 lengths. He's worked three times since and jockey Dan Whitney comes in from western Pennsylvania for the mount.
3rd pick: #5 (Ontheroadtovictory) (8-5) - The probable heavy favorite, he pressed the pace and held gamely to finish second when debuting here at this level Jan. 17. He was a 'neck' better than "Just Another Toy" that afternoon and is an obvious win threat.
4th pick: #4 (Mettler) (5-1) - He wasn't far off both "Just Another Toy" and "Ontheroadtovictory" on Jan. 17, but tired badly on Feb. 8 going a mile in a follow up start. Barn cuts him back in distance and he'll need to step it up for anything more than a minor award.
