Top pick: #5 (TUJOES) (4-1) - Once much classier veteran ships in from Delaware Park where he was never involved in a sprint when facing much tougher on May 28th. It was his first in four months and trainer Tony Dutrow brings him back quickly for this attempt. He takes a big drop in class, stretches out in distance, and this 7-year-old has an outstanding local record of 17-8-1-3.
2nd pick: #7 (Duke Of the City) (5=2) - The probable favorite, speedy colt takes a big drop in class in his third start back from an 11 month layoff. Son of "Bdernardini" had some promise at one time and he's a win threat if allowed to clear off early.
3rd pick: #1a (Playing a Joke) (6-1) - No-speed type drops back down and goes turf to dirt and he rallied to finish second at this level on May 11th. That ran his local slate to 6-2-2-1 and grey veteran should get a solid pace to close into.
4th pick: #6 (True Heaven) (6-1) - Eleven-time winner has spent almost his entire career sprinting and has gone 37-8-4-11 on this dirt. Speed/stalker fits on figures and may grab a minor award.
