He rallied to finish 2nd here at this tag and trip in his return April 12 and gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #6 (Don't Be Mad) (9-2) - Strong finisher rallied to finish 3rd racing here at this distance for a $12,500 tag April 23. It was his first ever in the mid-Atlantic region, and he was claimed by H R Brown, Jr. that afternoon. New barn wins at a 30% clip fresh off the claim, and this Louisiana bred is a strong factor.
3rd pick: #3 (Sandcat) (7-2) - He has more early speed than most and has won three of his last four starts. All of those have been here and came after he relocated from New York. Must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #1 (Hard to Name) (8-1) - He's racing first off a Phil Aristone claim, and stalker breaks from the rail. Unless he really steps it up, a small slice at a big price is his ceiling.
