Top pick: #4 (OH SO BELLA) - Heavily bet last out she raced wide on a day when the inside post and early speed were the way to go. Grey daughter of "Afleet Alex" finished an even fourth in that contest and can redeem herself this afternoon by winning this from just off the lead. Leading rider Carmouche climbs aboard for the first time.
2nd pick: #2 (Ms. Cruisen) - Improving with each start this home-bred filly finished a strong second here at this level and distance Jan. 3 and defeated "Oh So Bella" in the process. She's the speed nearest the rail, and is a strong win candidate today.
3rd pick: #5 (Luciana) - Filly by "Lion Hearted" just missed in her debut in late Dec. at Penn National and has been given six weeks off since that initial outing. She showed good early speed that day and rallied late to miss by a neck. Can factor again today with just a bit of improvement.
