2nd pick: #6 (Don't Ask Me Why) (5-2) - Speedy filly is taking a big drop in class and moves from grass to dirt. Mare has not been the same horse since coming of a 6.5 month layoff June 11, so the barn is dropping her to a new low. A major force against this group.
3rd pick: #7 (Go Go Girl) (5-1) - Debuting filly is one of two maidens entered by trainer Keith Nations and the pair race uncoupled. Barn wins 15% of the time first out and this 4-year-old worked a bullet three furlongs from the gate Sept. 10.
4th pick: #1 (Shenango Valley) (8-1) - The second of the fillies from the barn of Keith Nations, she ships back from Delaware Park where she tired facing tougher. That was on Aug 11 and she's been working fast since. Drops, has the rail, and she should be involved from start to finish.
