Top pick: #2 (NODEBTDANNY) (8-5) - Filly runs for only the third time since last Nov. and will be going turf-to-dirt and dropping to a new low in price. In the high-percentage barn of Rudy Rodriguez, daughter of "Macho Uno" meets a weak field and should have enough to beat this group.
2nd pick: #4 (Rachy Nicole) (5-2) - Lightly-raced filly showed nothing in early July when facing tougher, going longer on the local turf. Freshened up since by trainer "Lupe" Guerrero, the fine barn drops her into a career soft spot, shortens her up in distance, and has her going grass to dirt.
3rd pick: #7 (Rich Chocolate) (4-1) - She finished a non-threatening third here at this tag on Aug. 17 in her first on this surface and first off a 2 1/2 month layoff. She stretches out a furlong, draws a nice outside post, and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #5 (Salem Witch) (8-1) - Home-bred runs third back off a four month break and she ships in from Penn National where she raced evenly and wide when following a troubled break when in a claimer for the first time. Can factor in this spot.
