Top pick: #10 (GO TO THE ALTER) (3-1) - One of two who broke their maidens here and she did so in impressive style going 5-furlongs on June 26th. Home bred by "Lucky Pulpit" draws a nice outside post and gets a slight edge.

nd pick: #2 (Do the Danse) (7-2) - She's the other with a local win and she did so in game fashion on June 20th. Filly races for the legendary combination of jockey (Russell Baze) and trainer (Jerry Hollendorfer) and is a win threat right back.

rd pick: #5 (Sea Mona) (8-1) - Nice debut saw her rate, bid, and draw away to win by almost three lengths on the Santa Anita dirt on May 8th. She lost all chance in her latest following a bobbling start and can impact with an alert getaway.

th pick: #8 (Prtincess Bertrando) (10-1) - The field's only maiden, she raced evenly while very wide in her well bet debut at Golden Gate on June 6th. In a winning barn (Jeff Bonde) and she can factor at long odds.

th pick: #6 (Runninsmygame) (8-1) - One of two entered by trainer Bill Delia and the pair race uncoupled. Filly was an easy winner when debuting at Golden Gate on May 15th and has been freshened up since. Working nicely for her return and must be left in the mix.
