2nd pick: #7 (Big Tall Paul) - Was victorious here in late June in a switched contest racing for $15K and has been freshened up since that time by the high percentage of John Booker Jr. Four-year-old won twice on the grass last fall when in the barn of "Hall of Famer" Bill Mott and this colt is an obvious contender in tonight's opener.
3rd pick: #8 (Gresham ) - He's yet to win in four starts on the grass, but they've all come facing tougher and this gelding comes into this off a trio of good starts. Five-year-old has a flexible style and can contend at a nice price.
