Top pick: #5 (THIRD MARTINI) - Belmont shipper from the Linda Rice barn had a very wide trip there racing at this level and distance June 9th and still held his ground to finish 6th of 11, beaten just uner 6 lengths. Effort came off a two month layoff and he's worked well at Saratoga since.
2nd pick: #3 (Corinthian's Jewel) - He missed by a nose here at this level and trip May 28th in his first start back off almost a nine month layoff. Nicely-bred, in a good barn (George Weaver), and a win candidate this afternoon.
3rd pick: #6 (Ur) - He began his 3-year-old season by finishing second in his first two back off a 4 1/2 month layoff and has raced evenly at Belmont in his most recent pair. Colt by "Giant's Causeway" can factor with his best.
4th pick: #1 (Art Class) - Son of grass champ "Artie Schiller" finished fourth when debuting at Delaware Park a month ago and had a tough outside post and a rough trip. Has the rail and he can grab a share of this at a big price.
