GAME SEVEN) (3-1) - Colt has been on the sidelines since June 26 when he chased and held down the place spot going a mile on the Santa Anita grass facing tougher. Working nicely for trainer Doug O'Neill, he switches him to the dirt, shortens him up in distance, and adds blinkers. Gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #10 (H R Express) (4-1) - Well bet in both starts, he's tired in the final furlong of each. Trainer Mike Puype drops him in class and home bred draws a nice outside post to get a good position in the early stages. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Gone With It) (7-2) - Colt has shown good early speed in every start and has battled through pace fights in each. In shape and it's apprentice Kennedy off and veteran Tyler Baze on.
4th pick: #9 (Uluckydevil) (12-1) - Home bred ran both wide and evenly Nov 22 at Del Mar racing at this level. He was less that three lengths behind 'Gone With It' that day and will be a much bigger price than that rival.
