Top pick: #1 (CALLBACK) (4-1) - $375K daughter of "Street Sense" was bet down to favoritism in his debut and tired after setting the pace from a tough outside post (12th of 12). Working fast since, Baffert trained filly moves to the rail and can take this at a square price.
2nd pick: #7 (Glory) (7-2) - Filly by "Tapit" has some impressive works on view and is in the barn of Hall of Famer Jerry Hollendorfer (31% first out). One of five making their first starts and she's a threat if she can run to her AM drills.
3rd pick: #6 (Ben's Duchess) (3-1) - Trainer John Sadler (21% first out) sends out this daughter of "Munnings" off of some quick morning moves. He has noted speed rider Marty Pedroza and assume that she'll be sent hard at the break.
4th pick: #8 (Blooming Hannah) (5-1) - She moves up in class after finishing second at Santa Anita on Oct. 29 for a $75K tag. In a capable barn (Jeff Mullins), but she'll to do much better today for anything more than a minor award.
