2nd pick: #5 (Roper) (5-2) - The probable heavy favorite, he missed by a "nose" here July 4th and has been training well for his return. It's of note that Raf Bejarano is aboard as he wins at a 31% clip when teamed up with trainer Vann Belvoir. Obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Smooven Square) (5-1) - O'Neill runner tired in his well bet debut May 16th at Santa Anita. Un-raced since, he working fine and gets the addition of blinkers. In the mix.
4th pick: #3 (Howdy) (12-1) - Colt moves up in class after a solid 4th place finish when debuting on Aug 23 at Del Mar for a $50K tag. may grab a share at a square price with just a bit of improvement.
