Top pick: #1 (META MU) (5-2) - Stretch out sprinter rallied to finish second at this level going 6.5-furlongs at Santa Anita on Nov. 2. It was her first back from a 5-month layoff and she's been working sharply since. Has the rail and daughter of "Street Sense" gets a slight edge.
nd pick: #7 (One Gun) (6-1) - Heavily backed in her first pair, $450K daughter of "Malibu Moon" has been freshened up since Oct. 12 when she finished a pace-chasing 3rd at Santa Anita going 7-furlongs. Working fast, stretches out, and Bejarano stays aboard.
rd pick: #5 (Show Stealer) (8-1) - Price play has made up some ground in all three starts but her lack of any early speed is a concern. A fast/and or contested pace would help her chances out.
th pick: #3 (Madam Aamoure) (9-2) - Baffert trained filly is racing for the first time since late Sept. Training well above average she's been in a god spot turning for home in her last three starts but has come up empty at crunch time. Her works must be respected.
th pick: #4 (Autumn Fever) (5-1) - Lightly-raced filly showed an improved effort last out on the Del Mar turf. Daughter of "Flower Alley" can impact if able to transfer that form to the dirt.
