Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #6 (BOW AND ARROW) (2-1) - The probable favorite, gelding is racing first off a Doug O'Neill claim, a 19% winning angle. Lightly-raced 3-year-old finished second at this tag and trip at Del Mar the day he changed barns (Aug. 31) and gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #7 (The Union Forever) (5-2) - No-speed type was very widen when beaten eight lengths at Del Mar for a $32,000 tag Sept. 1. He's worked fast twice here since and should love No. America's longest stretch to rally into.
3rd pick: #2 (Colonial Power) (6-1) - He finished five lengths behind 'Bow and Arrow' last out but had a very wide trip after breaking from a tough outside post. Even-paced type draws much better and should factor at a square price.
4th pick: #5 (Spend It) (3-1) - Lightly-raced colt is dropping in class while stretching back out in distance. Three-year-old ran evenly when beaten six lengths in a Del Mar sprint for twice this tag Aug. 20. He has more early speed than most and that makes him dangerous in this field of mostly stretch runners.
