Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #10 (CARDINAL KITTEN) (3-1) - A very lightly raced 5yo, he missed by a 1/2 length March 3 at Gulfstream Park racing at this level and distance. Ramsey home bred by 'Kitten's Joy' is working very fast for this attempt and I give him a slight edge.
2nd pick: #9 (Trinity) (5-2) - The morning line favorite, he was a 'neck' better than 'Cardinal Kitten' at Gulfstream March 3 and this French import has worked five times since. 4yo by grass sire 'Mizzen Mast' is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Bail Out) (7-2) - He's been competitive in three of his last four and has finished second twice at this level and distance. Phipp's home bred by 'Arch' last raced on Dec 23 and has worked six times since March 3 for his return to action. He's in the win mix.
4th pick: #8 (Steele's Run) (12-1) - Longshot has finished second in two of three starts on the grass, the latest coming at the Fair Grounds Jan. 18. His best figures are a bit light so he'll need to step it up for anything more than a minor award.
