Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #9 (CROWN JEWEL) (3-1) - Lightly raced and well bred, she was a sharp maiden winner going six furlongs April 26 at Oaklawn Park in her first since debuting here Oct. 12. She finished 2nd at this level traveling seven furlongs June 19 at Churchill Downs, and I give her top billing in this one.
2nd pick: #1 (Tipsy Gal) (6-1) - Consistent sort finished a distant 2nd to 'Crown Jewel' April 26 at Oaklawn, then was an easy maiden winner going seven furlongs June 6 at Churchill. In her follow up there June 27, she checked in an even 4th at this level after a slow break while going 8.5 furlongs June 27. Homebred shortens up, has the rail, and is a major player.
3rd pick: #6 (Mundaye Call) (5-1) - Speedy and lightly raced, she's been on the sidelines since a gate-to-wire maiden win at this distance Nov. 16 at Del Mar. She has a new trainer, Brad Cox 23% with new arrivals in 2019-20, is working fast, and Joel Rosario takes the mount. A threat if ready off the eight-month layoff.
4th pick: #5 (Perfect Happiness) (12-1) - Homebred has been freshened up for the past four months, is working above average, and is capable of factoring with her best.
