2nd pick: #5 (Classy Zip) - Price play is lightly raced, but is (11-5-2-3) overall and finished a length back of Inspired when they ran 1-2 in a turf sprint at Gulfstream March 4th. Training nicely at Palm Meadows before shipping and trainer Tony Dutrow has her set for a big effort.
3rd pick: #1 (Speedacious) - Just like her name, speed is her game. Very accomplished on the dirt, he's won 4 in a row including three stakes. She was beaten about 4 lengths by Inspired last July at Penn National in her last appearance on the grass, but is a much better horse now.
4th pick: #2 (Wild About Marie) - Hard hitter is (7-5-1-0) in grass sprints and when last seen in late January she was finishing 2nd to Inspired in the $75K Pan Zareta stakes at the Fair Grounds. Strong finisher will need to avoid any traffic around the turn for a clear shot. Robbie Albarado, who had other "options" stays with her.
