Top pick: #2 (PRIMROSE HILL) - Excellent and promising debut saw her break a bit "slowly" from an outside post, make a strong middle-move to reach the top only to tire a bit in the last 1/16th to finish third. Trainer Todd Pletcher sends her around two-turns this afternoon and he like most is better second time out. The top selection.
2nd pick: #4 (Protesting) - Barn ("Shug" McGaughey) is a patient one and this well-bred runner showed some improvement last out when blinkers were added to her equipment. Contender for the top spot.
3rd pick: #8 (Saint Amore) - Also is trying a distance for the first time and she's showed some talent in her first pair sprinting, albeit against weaker foes. Fily may sneak away at nice odds.
