Top pick: #9 (MILTY WAY) - Son of "Stephen Got Even" raced evenly on the Santa Anita turf facing special weights and will undergo some changes today. Good barn (Doug O'Neill drops him into a claimer, stretches him out in distancve, and switches surfaces with him. This is his home track and colt has some very nice drills on it. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #5 (Wells Furgo) - Has dangerous early speed and is in an under-rated barn (Pete Miller). Gelding by "Gone West" is clearly the main danger and I almost put him on top.
3rd pick: #8 (Luv Dragon) - He's raced evenly in both starts but has needed time-off after each. Not a win threat but he could reach the exotics.
