Top pick: #5 (PRINCESS OF POWER) - Daughter of the recently deceased "Salt Lake" is working very fast for her first start since Aug. 19 at Arlington. Much better on dirt than "poly" and this filly has a fine local record (6-2-1-0). Has stalking ability and should get a solid pace to track. Can win this from just off the top.
2nd pick: #3 (Peach Bottom) - Filly tired badly last out on the Keeneland "poly" racing for $40K, but that came facing "open" company. Race was her first in 2 1/2 months and trainer Wayne Catalano will move her back to the dirt and she should find this field of state-breds more to her liking. Has good early speed and has a shot at the top spot.
