(# 2) WESTERN BLUFF - Gelding had good position turning for home but just didn't get the job done last out. Takes a big plunge in price and looks to have two main rivals for the top prize, No. 1 Riverwalk Jazz, and No. 6 The River Mon. We'll box him with those two in exactas.

(# 6) THE RIVER MON - Ran a big race off the five-month break when he drew the hedge and was on the lead fighting the whole race before tiring late. He is a possible regression candidate as that was a very hard race off of the layoff.

(# 1) RIVERWALK JAZZ - Had a tough post and distance to debut on March 3. Moves to the hedge, gets blinkers and trainer Gleaves has good numbers in all the pertinent catergories.

(# 7) BAILEY'S HOME - Sprinted with blinkers on, coming off of a three month vacation by trainer Matz. Runner could sneak into bottoms of exactas, triples or superfectas if that is what you play.
