(# 1) Sweet Valentine - Trainer Michael Gorham has had a tough time at this meeting to date. Many of his horses have had poor racing luck, including this filly in her last race. Was making good head-way around the far turn when forced to steady losing position and about three to four lengths. That was margin of defeat, and you can never say that a horse would have won, but it certainly compromised her shot at winning. Gets the hedge today and think she'll rebound with a much better showing.

(# 5) She's Not For Sale. - Regressed a bit in second lifetime start, which both came sprinting on dirt. Trainer William White is proficient in all the relevant categories in regards to the drop down, dirt to turf, and stretching out. Look for filly to be on the engine here. Comes into this race with three sharp works since last contest on Jan. 21.
