2nd pick: #7 (Swinging Bernie) - The main speed tired in his seasonal debut on this surface in an allowance contest. He's worked fast since, and could prove very dangerous from on, or just off the top.
3rd pick: #1 (Duke of Homberg) - Had some traffic issues in his seasonal debut in the "Dania Beach" and was only beaten just under two lengths. He should improve today, and he draws the rail. Son of "Dynaformer" was only beaten a "head" by the top pick last fall in a stakes at Belmont.
