Top pick: #8 (BIG GRANDPA) (6-1) - Price play hasn't run since Oct. 19 at Belmont when he was an easy winner when facing cheaper and was claimed by Diane Alvarado for $35K. She has his working very fast for this and gelding is 2-for-2 at this trip and draws a fine outside post.
2nd pick: #6 (Bahamian Squall) (3-1) - Very fast and very consistent, he comes off a career best when finishing second here on Jan. 19 in the $150K "Sunshine Millions Sprint." Workin fast since and an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Fort Loudon) (4-1) - He hasn't won since July 7th, but has been competitive facing pretty tough opposition. He likes this distance (3-1-2-0) and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #4 (Close It Out) (6-1) - He's exchanged decisions with "Squall" over the past several months and last out was a length off of him here on Jan. 19. Strong finisher would love a fast/and or conteswted pace to develop.
